Refund & Cancellation Policy

At New Life Patterns, we put significant time, planning, and limited seat allocations into every program. To ensure clarity and fairness for all participants, please review our policy below:


1. General Policy

  • All payments made towards courses, workshops, or training programs are non-refundable once the program has started.

  • If you wish to cancel:

    • Within 48 hours of payment and at least 7 days before the program start date → You are eligible for a refund, subject to a small processing fee.

    • Less than 7 days before the program starts or after the program begins → No refunds will be issued.


2. Transfer Option

In exceptional circumstances, we offer a one-time transfer to a future batch of the same program.

  • This request must be made at least 3 days before the scheduled start date.

  • Transfers are subject to seat availability and may incur a rebooking fee.


3. If We Cancel

If a session or program is canceled from our end, you’ll receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.


4. How to Request a Refund or Transfer

All refund or transfer requests must be submitted via email to [support@yourdomain.com] with the following details:

  • Full Name

  • Program Name

  • Transaction Details

  • Reason for Cancellation or Transfer

Eligible refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.


5. Final Note

By enrolling in any of our programs, you acknowledge and accept this policy.
